The hotel staff is kind, nice and very helpful. We stayed there for three nights. Generally are good. Most rooms are clean and looks new, however, there is one room with stairs which might be rebuilt from a store room is also used as one guest room. This room is not good and we stayed in that room for first night. So in high season, you better contact the owner to make sure you won't get that room. The breakfast is not bad, but starts from 8:30.

The owner is very helpfull and the first minute we check in, she will explain all the point of interest in Florence including where to have good dinner, her tips on dinner place is spot on very delicious and good value. I read some comments on difficulty to find the hotel, since i used the GPS on my mobile i didn' t experience that at all. its very easy to find the hotel. Many hotels in Florence did not have billboard or signage outside the building but if you can find the building number you will find the hotel.
Since the owner of the BB Le Seggiole dont stay at the same building we have to synchronize our check in and check out time to her convenience

The owners of the B&B were extremely nice and eager to help and offer advice about Florence. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-kept.
The breakfast was slightly disappointing. For a bed and breakfast, we expected a full home-cooked meal, however it was more like a continental breakfast with only breads, juice, and yogurt.

Very central location. It's basic but perfect for a short stay. It's a young couples flat that they've turned into a funky little B&B in central Florence. Breakfast was fine - usual Italian fair and good coffee. Couple that run it are really lovely and helpful and have excellent English. Rooms are clean and comfortable. No TV.
It is up 3 flights of stairs so not suitable for people with any mobility issues. We stayed on a Friday night so maybe a bad example but because of it's city centre location we heard all of the sounds of the night and didn't get a great sleep. The street noise from outside was very clear and kept us awake.
